In this episode, we'll get our hands dirty in the "messy middle" - those uncertain, transitional periods we often fear.
As a military spouse preparing for another move, I hear you on the wildness of it all and also the joy of it, and my personal experience about embracing change, finding grace in uncertainty, and growing through life's transitions.
I've got you with some reflective questions about what's working, what you want to release, and how you want to show up in your next chapter. We might get caught up in the whirlwind, but we can bring in some steadiness in it, and so these are my best tips!

I'm really excited to share these different tools with you on what it can look like to listen to your intuition and Inner Voice. There's no one right or wrong way, but there are various ways to tap in and get more information, and when we come at it from this lens of I am able to listen to my spirit and my subconscious, and big spirit in these different ways then if you feel off you have Avenues to lean into versus feeling alone..If you haven't yet, I would encourage you to listen to the inner critic podcast as well because that kind of goes hand in hand with this one as we're sorting out which voice is actually your true voice.

It takes work and time and can feel silly but that's all a part of it. It's a part of growing and cultivating a life you enjoy. So whether you try out all of these or just one, I promise there is something here for you that can add a little spark of whimsy or a waterfall of delight to your life...if...you are willing to try and practice cultivating joy!

Hey friends! Today, I'm diving deep into the world of our inner critic - that nagging voice that tells us we're not good enough. I'll share how I learned to name my inner critic (hello, Barbara!), make her less powerful, and introduce you to inner defenders who can stand up for you.
We'll explore how to recognize that critical voice isn't actually your true self, and I'll give you practical tools to shift from self-doubt to self-love.

Ep. 4 The Four Phases of Your Menstrual Cycle
As the host, I'm excited to dive into the topic of menstrual cycles - something I've explored extensively through workshops and my book Red Thread: Weaving an Embodied Life of Joy."
I'll cover the four phases of the cycle, from the waxing moon stage of increased energy and productivity with our Pre-Ovulation, to the full moon stage of Ovulation of heightened nurturing, the waning moon stage of fluctuating moods, and the new moon stage of rest and reflection when you actually bleed.
