To help you feel more rooted and aligned with next steps that feel true to you. We'll use a mix of journaling, movement, meditation, and conversation to dive into your topic! This is perfect if you have a lot of different things you're sorting through and need help hashing out an idea, planning a new program, or figuring out your next steps.
After purchasing you will get an email with a link to book your session. If you are at Osan AB, Korea you can book a time through that link and in your notes write that it will be in person, at my home. I will then send you directions and information.
If you are not in the Osan AB area, our session will be virtual and just as powerful from the convenience of your own home.
