Why a cruise? Partially because I love them, and also because nobody knows you out there. You can be anybody. You get to try on the woman you're becoming before you have to explain or defend her to anyone back home. You get to embody her fully, surrounded by other powerhouse amazing women who see you fully and are here for it.
And there's something about the ocean that brings a deeper magic, the sheer depth and width of it, how genuinely enormous it is that rearranges a person. You stand at the rail and your problems find their actual size. You're surrounded by people from a hundred different places, speaking a hundred different languages, and not one of them needs anything from you, except to know if you want a salt rim on your mocktail.
So you get to relax, truly. You get to laugh, loudly. You get to take up space, and also wear the most ridiculously fabulous cruise clothes you’ve dreamed of because (as Mufasa would say) it is time.
You get to play, both with your life, your business, your dreams, your desires, and not just by yourself, or in your head or on a screen. In person, over breakfast, or while sitting in my suite looking over as water rushes past. Being adorned in henna and Finklepott’s Original Fairy Hair® and feeling like you.

You can choose to get the drink package or not; you don’t have to worry about whether it’s vegetarian meals, vegan, or steak, because there’s a buffet and sit-down meals, and EVERYONE gets exactly what they want.

What’s included
In the three months before we sail
Once a month 60-minute private call with me. Just us. Before the trip, to cultivate the vibe you want to step into and claim, and energetically staple into this next adventure.
Group calls with the other women. We meet, we dream out loud, we get to know each other so nobody's a stranger at the gangway.
A private Facebook group. For coordinating outfits, vibes, themes, "does anyone have a spare tiara," the whole thing. Half the joy is the anticipation and you know it.
On the ship
☕ Beautiful Breakfast — every single morning One hour. Same place. The Windjammer makes it easy with buffet. Every day. I'll be there. Come sit down, come dream, come talk about the day ahead or the night before. No agenda, no pressure, just a table that's always yours to come join in on.
💎 Two hours of one-on-one time in my suite This is your time and you get to choose what it is. Energy work. Dreaming. Planning. Untangling the thing you've been circling for a year. Whatever support you need in that time, I’ve got you.
🍽️ Two group dinners All six of us, one table, one long delicious night. Twice.
🎒 A swag bag full of goodies Because arriving to presents is a love language, and you know joy mail is good, so imagine how good a joy swag bag will be!
🛁 Hot tub hangs, deck chats, and unstructured wandering Some of the best things happen at 10pm in a hot tub. Midnight Pizza is one of the highlights of the cruise, and we’ll get our pizza and go to the top deck, and eat and dream while endless ocean and stars watch us. Another evening is us cackling with face masks, and snacks and having just girl together time. We’ll have a group chat so you can be like “I’m headed to this show, who wants to join” and others can hop in, or meet up for lunch. The connection is always there, how much you want to do together is in your hands!
🥂 A family + guests lunch If you brought people, this is where everyone gathers. Partners, kids, your sister who came along for the ride. One big joyful table.
🌙 Breathing room This is deliberate. There is so much built-in downtime, because life is already busy enough. Use the time for excursions, shows, naps, reading, staring at water, mulling, soaking in, and thinking about what's actually possible now.

This adventure is about the liminal in-between of who you are and who you are becoming. This is about claiming and stepping into, and being a little (or a lot) bold; this is us laughing at karaoke and encouraging you to go belt a song; this is us double-stamping your dream and future-tripping.
This is about embodying your future you NOW, in the present, and being HER on the cruise, about calibrating to a new way of letting ease and possibilities anchor into your being while we lay anchor in Hondurous, or while you get a massage in Mexico and then come chat on the lounge chairs together about the next idea you have and how it can happen.
This is less logistics, and more possibilities. This is less doing, and more being. This is less stress, and more cackling. This is less proper, and more razzle dazzle. This is about letting play, joy, and your dreams coalesce for you to claim your whole ass self, and crank it to the max and having people say “Yes, please can we have some more.”

Hi, I’m Aj, the Joy Weaver
An Intuitive Soul Coach, henna artist, and glitter enthusiast who believes joy isn't selfish - it's essential fuel for showing up in this wild world. I'm also a hot chocolate connoisseur, military spouse in Mississippi with two pups and way too many houseplants, and the author of Red Thread: Weaving an Embodied Life of Joy.
I created this Joy Cruise because my first cruise CHANGED ME, I was like WHO IS THIS WOMAN who is just luxuriously reading by the pool, and strutting around in her favorite clothes without a care in the world. I felt like me at 110%, but in an easy, embodied, decadent way I didn’t know I could access like that. I left that cruise determined to bring cruise Aj back to my everyday land life.
This isn’t about you not being embodied enough or doing the work, if you are reading this, you’ve done the things, you’ve had support, you’ve been doing the mindset, this is about embodying your next level in a space outside your normal day-to-day to enable you to dream bigger and listen more deeply. This is about remembering that taking care of yourself, doing things that light you up, and choosing joy are the things your bones desire and crave. It’s about taking the vacation because you can, and not apologizing for it. It’s to quiet that voice in your head says you're too old, too young, too much, or not enough, because girl, that is so 1888 calling with that story.
Over the last 15 years of leading Red Tents, retreats, and workshops internationally, I've seen what happens when people give themselves permission to step into their full selves. The ripple effects are extraordinary.
So this week on the cruise is about soaking into you, future tripping, double stamping, twirling, laughing, buffets and leaning into it all together.

2. Your cruise fare — Paid separately, directly to Royal Caribbean. You book your own cabin, which means you're in complete control of what you spend, where you sleep, and who is in your room.

As we have our community calls we can talk about what feels most supportive all around! This is built around flexible flow.

No. The $2500 covers the experience you’ll have with me and the container before, during, and after the cruise.
You will need to purchase your cruise separately with Royal Caribbean or your Travel Agent.

Yes. There's a lunch where everyone who tagged along can eat together and laugh. If your friend comes they do not get to participate in the breakfasts or joy dinners.
The ship is big enough that you can both enjoy a family vacation AND be nourished in joy. If a friend would like to join in on the Joy Cruise aspect, they will also need to pay $2500 for their spot.

Nobody knows anybody yet. That's what the three months of calls and the group chat are for. You'll walk on that ship with five women who already know your name.
