As a leader, your role is to hold space for transformation, connection, and growth.

But who’s holding space for YOU?

Four Spots open for 2027

When you're the one holding the event — the retreat, the conference, the workshop — everything usually lands on your shoulders. The schedule. The transitions. Whether your clients feel held. Whether you remembered to eat lunch. It can be exhausting, even when it's magical.

After 15 years in events, conferences, and retreats — performing, working the back end, speaking, running my own — I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. The thing I've seen change everything, every single time? Having someone at your right hand making sure you feel nourished and good, and your clients feel seen.

Henna I did for a retreat photoshoot

Imagine having someone with you as you step into your event space, and walk through it with you preparing the space and energetically clearing it to prepare for your clients.

Eating food with you as you talk through the to-do lists before they arrive in the evening. Helping you unload the car, and set up the sacred spaces where transformation awaits.

As the time gets closer, I answer texts from clients who are wondering where to park as you do your makeup. You’ve had water, and your favorite tea is brewing. I zip you into your outfit and you look astounding and I help you ground and embody your whole soul, so when you open your door to your guests you are glowing from the inside out and your resonance fills the space.

At the end of the night, the attendees are chatting downstairs, and I bring you a cup of hot chocolate to your room, we just wrapped the evening ritual, and I had stayed an extra thirty minutes downstairs for them to process and wind down, and now it’s your turn. I play with your hair as you debrief the day, we celebrate what went well, make new plans of action for what needs to happen for tomorrow, and release what didn’t work.

You go to bed grounded, resourced, nourished, and excited for the next day of the retreat.

You wake up and your favorite tea is already brewing, and I greet you with a smile as we talk out the day, and I help you get ready. Your chef is making breakfast, and clients are mulling around outside taking in the sunrise and journaling. You know it’s going to be a marvelous day as you teach and lead, and even have time in the middle of your day to reset as I lead them through a meditation and art exercise for an hour.

Your event might look different from the above; perhaps it’s a conference, and I run a glitter-and-gold tattoo and henna table, connecting with you in the morning, midday, and evening. This is about having someone you can turn to when you need to vent, need hype, some love, or even just a snack.

You get to decide what YOU need, I come with a wide variety of tools so your vision can come to life, but not at the cost of your energy.

the investment

$2,000 for four days of in-person support, plus travel and lodging to wherever you're hosting.

Have a two-day event? Bring me in the day before to help you set up and get energetically rooted, and keep me for a debrief day after — structured however you need.

Speaking or leading at a conference? I can also offer my services to the wider event, sharing goodness with your attendees beyond your own sessions, or spread the news about your booth.

When leading a retreat, summit, or even a virtual conference, it’s never just about the schedule. it’s about how the energy moves through the space.

Think about it: you’ve meticulously planned your event, but how are you feeling in this space? How are your participants moving through the experience? Are they feeling seen, nurtured, and in alignment with the theme and flow you’ve created?

This is where I come in. I’m here to help you feel into the energy of your event. Whether it’s an intimate retreat in nature, a virtual summit with speakers from around the world, or a community-building event—how your guests experience the space is just as important as what you teach or facilitate.

🌸 Does one of your guests need more quiet time to recharge while others thrive in constant connection?
🌸 Is there a way to adjust the flow of your event to keep everyone engaged without feeling drained?
🌸 Have you checked in with yourself—do you feel grounded, or are you caught up in making sure everything is "perfect"?

Together, we can assess what’s energetically aligned and what needs a gentle shift. I'll help you create a space where your guests feel held, supported, and connected—without needing to manage every tiny detail. This is about nurturing your participants and YOU, so you can show up confidently and lead with clarity.

✨ And if you're ready to bring in a little extra magic, I offer energy work, henna, grounding and dance around the fire rituals to create a deeper connection within the space. Whether it’s guiding your attendees in a circle or holding a meditation, these moments create ripples that go far beyond the event itself.

Whatever your community experience looks like- whether retreats, summits, workshops, or beyond- let’s make sure it’s flowing with ease and aligned with the deeper transformation you’re here to create.

Meet your Fairy Godmother

Hi, I’m Aj, the Joy Weaver

An Intuitive Soul Coach, henna artist, and glitter enthusiast who believes joy isn't selfish - it's essential fuel for showing up in this wild world. I'm also a hot chocolate connoisseur, military spouse in Mississippi with two pups and way too many houseplants, and the author of Red Thread: Weaving an Embodied Life of Joy.

I’ve been a part of events for over 15 years, from performing as a mermaid, speaking on stages, helping run conferences and events, and running my own workshops, sacred spaces and retreats, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. And often, what’s needed, is a little soul care and delight.

This isn’t about you not being embodied enough or doing the work, if you are reading this, you’ve done the things, you are building an event that will be astounding. This I know to be true. You care about the integrity of your client’s experience, and you want to feel rejuvenated at the end of the event, not exhausted. This is about remembering that taking care of yourself, leading from the place that light you up, and allowing your human self to be seen as you step into the light. It’s about the extra dash of magic as you tell your clients they’ll have the option to get Finklepott’s Original Fairy Hair, and henna if they desire.

Over the last 15 years of leading Red Tents, retreats, and workshops internationally, I've seen what happens when people give themselves permission to step into their full selves. The ripple effects are extraordinary. Your event will do that. You have the big vision, and with me at your side you don’t have to comprimise, apologize, or shift your vision for me. My one goal is to make your event flow, and you to glow.

Because you could do it all yourself, or have help with the logistics and hold the energetic container of the event yourself, but what if you didn’t have to? What if you had someone that brought no ego to the room, just joy and a desire to serve you and your clients for them to get the deepest transformation possible?

So much of our lives is online, this is real world, in person, hugs, sparkles, and memories.

This is choosing to bring your event and YOUR retreat experience to the next level. I only take four events a year. Let’s put yours in the calendar.

Aj

So what am i?

Not an Event Coordinator

Event coordinators are essential, fabulous humans, and they are not what I'm offering. I'm not queuing slideshows or running mic cables. That's skilled work, and it deserves its own person. I can help you talk out your logistics, but I won’t arrange your logistics before the conference.

The Energetic Support

What I offer is the energetic flow of everything, and support for you to glow. I'm the coffee run when you wish you could sneak away for five minutes. I'm the nap you didn't think you had time for. I'm the one who notices you haven't eaten and hands you a snack before you have to ask. I help you stay grounded and seen so you can shine.

What if you didn’t have to choose between support for your clients and you? What if you got both? That’s what I’m here for.

An example of a day

7:30 AM — I meet you as you're getting ready. We talk through today's flow: what's happening, what's ready, what you need. You walk out the door already resourced.

8:15 AM — Doors open. I'm greeting your clients as they arrive, learning names and helping first-timers feel instantly welcome.

10:00 AM — You're deep in facilitation. I notice someone slip out mid-session, so I sit with her in the hallway while she processes, and you keep the room moving.

12:30 PM — Lunch. You didn't have to think about food today. I already have a plate ready for you, and I make sure you actually sit down and eat it.

1:30 PM — Wish you had twenty minutes to yourself? Take them. I'm running a mid-day workshop for your group around creativity while you nap, make calls, or just breathe.

4:00 PM — The room's energy dips. I catch it and suggest a stretch break before the next session, then hand you a coffee to carry you through the afternoon.

6:00 PM — Golden hour. I'm setting up for tonight's ceremony, a red tent or fire circle, whatever theme we planned together, so all you have to do is show up and lead. You are in the room enjoying tapas with your attendees.

9:00 PM — The evening winds down. I walk you back to your room with your favorite tea, play with your hair, and we debrief the day together. You fall asleep resourced instead of wired.

And running underneath all of it, I'm carrying messages, catching candid photos of the moments you'd otherwise miss, and quietly holding space for anyone who needs a little extra TLC.

What others have said about containers I’ve led or been a part of.

Most people think an event is about the chairs, or the schedule. It's not — it's about people feeling seen.

Your clients, and you.

You don't have to hold it all by yourself.

I don't hold my events by myself either. I love having a right-hand woman. Let me be yours.
