For the ones who are ready to live into the joy.

A community of those who want the glitter, and the soul.

You’ve joined the Facebook groups. You’ve joined the gatherings, the free things, the ones that looked like they’d hype you up.

And then the effort dwindled. Or people stopped showing up. Or the schedule kept changing. Or you got the quiet sense that you were only welcome there if you were feeling happy.

Maybe you joined a group for moms. Maybe you joined a group for one specific slice of your life. And then your life changed, or you went into a transition, and suddenly you couldn’t bring your whole self to the table anymore.

So you’ve been feeling frustrated. And split.

You want friendships. You want a deeper connection with yourself. You want to actually make time for both.

You want the accountability — a thing on the calendar that says this is about me, this is time I need for me — because otherwise it goes on the back burner. You say you’re going to do it, and then you don’t, because nobody’s expecting you there. Nobody’s waiting for you.

And you want people to share things with. Not a whole conversation, because you don’t always have the capacity to start a whole conversation, but you just want somewhere to put it.

You deserve to feel like yourself every single day.

〰️

You deserve to feel like yourself every single day. 〰️

This is what The Joy Guild is here for.

And that is easier to do when you are plugged into a community of people doing the same.

This is for you if:

  • You binge the podcast and then want someone to talk about it with after.

You enjoy your life and also feel like you’re missing something. Like it could just be a little bit more magical.

You go to a ren faire, dress up, feel like you’re living your best life — and then you go home, look at your closet, and occasionally touch the corset, wondering what would happen if you just wore it to the grocery store.

You have a little vial of edible glitter and you wonder what would happen if you brought it to dinner with friends one time.

You stop to look at the flowers when they start blooming in the springtime.

You take a picture of cool clouds and send it to a friend.

You delight in the little things. You get excited about dreaming up possibilities. You love to full volume sing along to Summer hits of the 90’s and 2000’s in the car on road trips.

You’re the one who says let’s get both snacks, and feels indulgent and only a little bit guilty, and is practicing remembering that indulgent snack guilt is a patriarchal story and conditioning you were handed from society.

You’re ready to do the work of practicing joy in your day-today, and you’re grounded in knowing you’re worth showing up for.

You want the reminder. You want a frequency you can tune into when you need it, and you also know you don’t have to rely on it.

You’re calibrating to holding the both/and of joy and regular life and just want community you don’t have to explain that to.

Each month there are three calls: A workshop, a Q+A, and a Community Vibe and chill call. A group WhatsApp chat, and a private Facebook for us to dive into it all together. Partake in whatever way feels good to you, with no pressure to do it right.

Holy buckets, say no more, yep. I need this. Sign me all the way up.

This isn’t a fast-paced group

This is about building community and friendships with your whole self.

It’s also light on your schedule. This isn’t a big commitment. This isn’t a deep program. This is for the person on the go. This is for the person who’s like, I have a thousand things on my plate, but I want to make sure I’m nourishing myself in a way that’s sustainable.

We are going to lean into our edges and expand in real time.

We are not here to put a sparkly bandage on things. We are revolutionizing the way you see yourself — intrinsically — so that you can access and embody joy, delight, and alignment with your whole self whenever you want. That's what this is actually about.

We are doing the belief work, the nervous system work, the vulnerability work. We are going after the stories that say you're not allowed joy, you haven't earned it, it's too much.

And we are doing it together — because doing it alone is so much harder, it takes so much longer, and honestly? It is just not as fun.

You get the short version. You don't have to burn out like I did. That is an old ass story. It's stale. We're done with it.

here’s what we’re doing instead:

Find your joy edges

What makes you look in the mirror and go — oh, there you are? We find it, name it, and lean all the way in.

Rewire what's stuck

We go after the beliefs that say you're not allowed joy, you haven't earned it, you're too much. We replace them with new evidence.

Push the envelope

In the direction of delight, whimsy, and aliveness. Because we can, and honestly, it's about time somebody did.

Go further, together

You go further in community. You run harder when someone is running alongside you. That's why this is a group, so we can be each other’s paces for our muchness.

I’ve got my glitter, I’m ready. I’m in!

Here's how we're doing this.

Two months. June and July. Full out, no excuses. And also — this is not about doing it perfectly. Take what works, leave what doesn't. Go at the speed and rate you can. When you start getting nervous, bring it to the group. That's literally what we're here for.

6+ live group calls

Interactive teaching, Q&A, and yes — dance breaks. Bring your journal, your water, your candle. Replays up within 24 hours. Whenever you listen is perfect timing.

Private Facebook group

Recordings, homework, and community all live here. Post your ideas, your edgy questions, your victories. I respond within 24 hours. We root each other on. That's what we do.

WhatsApp group chat

Where I drop inspiration riffs, share what's bringing me joy, and toss out challenge ideas. Our vulnerable space. Ask questions, share your nervousness, ask to just be witnessed and loved on. This is where we bond, and pop our spur of the moment wins at! (Group chat kicks off early May 10 — my birthday. Join before then and you're in from day one. )

Prizes & challenges

there will be Little giveaways throughout for the ones who are showing up, posting, encouraging others, pushing their edges. Not just the loudest — the ones doing the work.

Nobody's coming to save us,

which also means nobody's coming to stop us.

Meet your guide

Hi, I’m Aj, the Joy Weaver

An Intuitive Soul Coach, henna artist, and glitter enthusiast who believes joy isn't selfish - it's essential fuel for showing up in this wild world. I'm also a hot chocolate connoisseur, military spouse in Mississippi with two pups and the right amount of (ie. a gazillion) houseplants, and the author of Red Thread: Weaving an Embodied Life of Joy.

I created this group program because I've been watching too many of us drop our joy like it's a luxury we can't afford. But here's the thing - when we deny ourselves the things that make us feel alive, we're actually sacrificing our capacity to show up for what matters most.

This isn't about toxic positivity or pretending everything's fine. This is about remembering that taking care of yourself, doing things that light you up, and choosing joy are acts of resistance. It's about asking "Fuck it, why not?" when that voice in your head says you're too old, too young, too much, or not enough.

Over the last 15 years of leading Red Tents, retreats, and workshops internationally, I've seen what happens when people give themselves permission to step into their full selves. The ripple effects are extraordinary. And honestly, intoxicating, and reminds us about life worth living, a world worth fighting for, and also, it just feels damn good.

So this Summer, we're doing the soul work together. We're identifying what stories are holding us back from joy, reconnecting with what we actually like (because so many people don't even know!), and rewriting the scripts that keep us small, and showing up in real time out in the world as our fullest selves.

It’s gonna be wild, and silly, and fun, and emotional, and more, because I have no chill, and secretly I think you want to have no chill about this either. ;-)

Whether you're someone who needs tangible tools (because "just breathe" makes you want to scream "HOW though?!") or you're ready to dive deep into the messy, beautiful work of choosing yourself - this Summer of Reckless Delight has space for you.

We're going full onion, my friends, because we’ve got layers. And I couldn't be more excited.

Ready to remember what makes life worth living?

Hands at your back, let’s sing our soul songs,

Aj

Want to know more?

Feeling the nudge? Come join us!

You don’t have to tell anyone (but you can) but this is a chance, in community to rewrite the scripts, dig in, put on our sparkle vests, and be like…ya’ll, we need more cowbell, more justice, more snacks, and more dancing, and by George, we’re gonna get it.

Let’s make some magic, my friend. Choose what level feels nourishing, and you can upgrade to a different tier later if you desire!

Ready to Say "Yes" to reckless joy?

We are going full out this summer, and I'm SO excited. It is okay to admit you want to be happy. You want joy. You want connection.

We live in a world where it feels almost “wrong” to lean into joy — like how dare we laugh, dance, or rest while everything is so heavy. But here’s the truth: joy isn’t frivolous. It’s fuel.

When you feel alive, resourced, and connected to wonder, you actually expand your capacity to show up — for yourself, for your people, for the world.

And if that's true, then what's our game plan for it? Not sure? (The answer is Absurdist Delight, where we will literally MAKE your game plan for it).

P.S. - There will be prizes for people who participate and invite friends. Because why not make it even MORE fun?

PPS. Bring your maracas, red lipstick, and sparkles, (or whatever makes you happy to wear and shake) it’s gonna be fun!
